Food intolerance

(Food Allergy Type III)

The huge consumption of the processed food in our daily meals can have profound effects on the physical and mental health of susceptible individuals as a result of producing food specific antibodies. These symptoms may take days up to weeks to appear which makes a difficulty to detect what type of food is responsible for such symptoms

Symptoms associated with food intolerance

  • Central nervous symptoms

  • Migraine, headache, impaired concentration, autism and hyperactivity

  • Musculoskeletal symptoms

  • Joint pain and muscle weakness

  • Gastrointestinal symptoms

  • Abdominal bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation and diarrhea

  • Dermatological symptoms

  • Urticarial, atopic dermatitis  and eczema

  • Other symptoms

  • Asthma, weight problems

It’s recommended to eliminate food that was recognized to produce high level of antibodies for at least 3 months. If symptoms subside, the eliminated foods can be introduced one by one and monitor the effects
